I'm not sure where to begin. The first bill I paid as soon as I got it, then 2 weeks later got an angry phone call about not paying my bill. Settled that problem, then someone from spicer filled my tank by mistake (they got the wrong address), and when I said I would need a few weeks to pay this unexpected bill, they threatened to remove the tank from my house. When I wanted my propane tank topped off, they missed their appointment, and never made a new one. It took 4 weeks before they were able to get out there. Besides that, I had to deal with threatening and angry phone calls. I never had a customer service representative call and swear at me before. I went to the better business bureau to complain, and they already had an F rating. So I'm sure I'm not the only person who has had to deal with this. Get your gas and oil anywhere but here.
I just purchased a home and was under the impression that the propane tanks came with the estate. A few months later, someone trespassed on my property and stuck a sticker on my tank. A few more months pass and now I recieve a letter in the mail. After speaking with a rude lady in the billing department and her supervisor the amount of BS I've gone thru just to straighten out tank ownership and not be charged for something I thought I owned was ridiculous! After everything, I will never do business with this company.
